Personal Best have helped many successful clients build muscle.  When building muscle it is important to make sure you have the right training programme, but it is even more important to make sure that your nutrition is right to achieve the goal.

You can train like Arnold Swarznegger but if you don’t eat enough, you won’t grow.  Eat too much and you will put on fat rapidly.

Our personal trainers can take measurements and work out your calorie burn, from this we can set you nutritional targets that are effective for your goal.  We measure our clients regularly to make sure that they are developing and growing muscle.

Our personal training team can write exercise programmes and provide online training for those looking to build muscle.  We also offer 1-1 weight lifting sessions with a personal trainer (PT) at our private facility in Armadale, West Lothian. We have many happy clients coming from Whitburn, Falkirk, Bathgate and Livingston to train with us.
