PSYBT Business Awards Winner 2010

The Princes Scottish Youth Business Trust (PSYBT) Business of the year awards for West Lothian 2010 took place at the Civic Centre in Livingston on Tuesday evening.

The 5 finalists were all impressive and deservedly received recognition for their achievements. We were both proud and delighted to be named as the winners.

Personal Best: Health, Fitness and Wellbeing now take their place amongst previous winners representing some of the best young entrepeneurs in West Lothian and now excitingly have an opportunity to qualify for the Scottish Finals in November.

An official Sports Massage provider for Basketball Scotland

Personal Best: Health, Fitness and Wellbeing are now an official sports massage provider for all Basketball Scotland athletes.

One of our therapists is currently in Romania with the Junior Womens Scotland squad helping them to take on some of Europes elite in the European, B Division Championships.

We are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Basketball Scotland.

Being in the final is testament to the progress the business has made and encourages us to strive towards providing the best services for our clients.

Deloitte ride across Britain support

The Deloitte ride across britain starts on today and is a 9 day event which sees cyclists go from John O’Groats to Lands End. Riding between 95 and 130 miles each day is a massive task and there will be alot of aches and pains.

Personal best; Health, Fitness and Wellbeing will provide sports massage support on the local leg of the event. So far over £158,000 has been raised in support of paralympicsGB.

Our team wish the riders all the best for an excellent cause.

6 Nations Rugby

The Women’s Scottish Rugby Squad have been excellent at this years 6 Nations event. With a win against France and draw against Italy so far they are looking to add another tally to the win column against England today.

Personal Best: Health, Fitness and wellbeing have been privileged to help out the squad with sports massage and wish them all the best for the big game this afternoon. Come on Scotland!

European Championships for Personal Best: Health, Fitness & Wellbeing

The Scottish Junior Women’s basketball squad are preparing for the European Championships, Division B, in Oradea, Romania (July 29th – August 8th).

Personal Best: Health, Fitness & Wellbeing worked closely with the squad last year and sports massage therapist, Michael Smith, will be travelling with the squad to the European Championships. Michael is relishing the opportunity to work with some of Scotland’s elite sportswomen in what is a very competitive and prestigious event.
